What is Universal CityWalk?

Universal CityWalk Hollywood is a three-block entertainment, dining and shopping promenade. Options include more than 30 great places to eat, a 19-screen movie theatre featuring a eight-story-high IMAX®, seven hot night spots including the new Jon Lovitz Comedy Club and Samba Brazilian Steakhouse & Lounge, indoor skydiving and more than 30 stores.

How much does it cost to enter Universal CityWalk?

There is no entrance fee to Universal CityWalk Hollywood!

What are your operating hours?

Universal CityWalk's hours of operation vary at different times for the year.

For the most up-to-date hours, visit the CityWalk Hours page.

Hours reflected are minimum operating hours for all CityWalk businesses with the exception of night clubs. Retailers, Restaurants and Clubs may choose to open earlier or stay open later. Please check with the individual establishment for exact operating hours.

Where are you located?

Universal CityWalk is located north of downtown Los Angeles, California right next to Universal Studios Hollywood.

Are there concerts at Citywalk?

Yes – throughout the year, we have free concerts at 5 Towers! Please check the site often for upcoming performances.

As of September 2013 the Gibson Amphitheatre is closed.

Is there a separate parking for motorcycles?

General parking fees apply to motorcycles. There is no separate parking for motorcycles.

Do you have lockers at Universal CityWalk?

Yes, lockers are located next to Hot Topic and accept both cash and credit cards.

Do you rent out wheelchairs?

Yes, wheelchairs are available at both Universal CityWalk valet areas for a rental fee of $7.00. A valid picture I.D. must be present in exchange for usage.

What is your smoking policy on Universal CityWalk?

Smoking on CityWalk will only be permitted in designated areas: the west side of Palm Court and the area adjacent to Jurassic Parking Garage by Woody Woodpecker Lot. In addition, night club guests will be permitted to smoke on club patios during club operating hours, at club management's discretion. All other areas outside of these designated smoking areas will be smoke free.

Is there a curfew for guests under the age of 18?

Pursuant to L.A. County Ordinance Section 13.56.010, all guests under 18 years of age must be in the presence of an adult guardian after 10:00pm.

Is bus parking available for groups?

Groups arriving on buses may drop off and pick up guests at the 15-minute drop off and pick up area located across from the Universal Studios Hollywood entrance. Guests on buses that choose to park will be charged the standard $17.00 RV parking rate and will be directed to an open parking lot. Guests on buses that choose to park in the drop/pick up location will be charged the $25.00 Preferred Parking fee and will be allowed to park there.

Yes, Universal Studios Hollywood offers field trips providing programs that encourage students to stay in school, embrace learning, and develop important skills for the future.

Such activity can only be conducted with prior written permission from the management of Universal CityWalk.

Are pets allowed on Universal CityWalk?

Service animals as required by state and federal law are permitted at Universal CityWalk.

Universal CityWalk enforces a Code of Conduct. A full copy of the Code of Conduct can be viewed at the CityWalk Security Office.
